I have reasonable confidence in my source for the Sayers thing.

So the story goes, the pic is real and his and was posted by his wife. Their marriage is all but over and she is currently living in Italy. She found out he was having an affair with the Bupa exec and wanted to burn them both publicly so she logged into his X account, posted it and tagged her.

Would explain the use of the word 'compromised' in the findings and not hacked.
That sounds quite logical. Why hasn't she been charged by the police? It's an illegal act.

Yeah, the pointy end where Kyrgios exists is so concentrated, and so lucrative, but you’re right that there is another stratosphere beyond that which requires levels of sacrifice that are absolutely enormous.

However I still think he’ll regret it given how much talent he has. Your 20s is the time to make that sort of sacrifice.

There's a lot of good tennis players out there, but there's only a very select few that have the extra X factor that you ned to be top ranking player.

The sad thing with Kyrgios is that he was one of those rare players who actually possessed that extra dimension that only the top flight players have.

He pretty much could have been anything, but just never wanted it enough.

skam85 did say that she's in Italy. It's illegal here - but it may not be illegal there. Hard for the Australian police to charge her while she remains overseas, and it's probably not a big enough charge for them to pursue extradition.

Would explain stating it wasn’t him and not quitting on the spot.

If it’s true why did he actually resign? Having relationship with a sponsor? Poor PR?

Because I wouldn’t have thought having an affair is a sackable offence.

Assuming that's so, can't he just claim "it's not my Dick" and apologize and move on?

Its an odd one, but he's been unable to escape scandals in his business career and now this.

Very bad PR for a club who've had their share.

Wouldn't have thought you'd either resign or be made to resign if you were the victim of revenge pr0n

Didn’t she post it on his X a/c and not hers?

Can you charge someone if it is posted on their own a/c, to have access means she had the password, if she had the password then he has provided to her which puts him in contravention of the terms and conditions.

If it was on his a/c did he delete the post and when?

Sorry, haven’t been following so could have this all wrong. Happy to be corrected.

PS : couples sharing passwords - well can be serious consequences.

Just because you have access to someone's account doesn't mean it's legal to post their nudes online.

I think there has to be a "victim" who objects, in this case the "other woman". Surely, she would be able to initiate a police case? I'm sure they could establish who actually sent it.

I really don’t know given it was on his X a/c. If she posted on her X a/c then I get it but wasn’t her X a/c. She could only post with his password. As I said, if you give someone your password you violate the terms and conditions of the platform (and this goes for any platform).

Why would the other woman be the victim given she isn’t in the photo (yes she was tagged but an observer wouldn’t necessary draw a conclusion from that unless it was pointed out in the post) and given he is married. Is he committing adultery?

An interesting scenario.

I don't buy the 'his wife posted it' explanation. It doesn't feel like it intuitively makes sense. There's many better and more effective ways of getting back at your unfaithful husband (if that's the scenario). He would immediately know she was responsible too, which wouldn't help her position if they're in the process of separating and dividing assets, etc.

I'd much more easily believe Sayers posted it (notwithstanding his continued denials) and that he meant to send it via PM instead of publicly. I don't think any other explanation makes any sense.

The only unclear part is whether the intended recipient was having a relationship with Sayers or, instead, if he planned to send her a unsolicited dick pic via an anonymous account and forgot he was logged into his main. The latter scenario seems pretty out there but somehow still more credible to me than 'the wife did it'.

It's curious Sayers has stepped back from both his Carlton gig and his own company, Sayers Group. Funny thing to do if you're totally innocent.

If he's going to be going through a divorce and property settlement, it's a very nice threat to have in your back pocket.
Perhaps, but I would wager she's also got a few things up her sleeve if it came to that.

Luke is not a squeaky clean bloke.
