So this season will struggle to continue beyond this week won't it?

Why? The lockdown in Melbourne is until Wednesday, and even if it’s extended, we can continue with Victorian teams playing each other and non-Victorian teams playing each other.

There is no reason to abandon the competition after this weekend.

It'll be the fact the Vic sides are compromised if the lockdown is extended.

I expect Rd 4 will be non-vic vs non-vic and vic vs vic again.
And if neccessary, and lockdown in Vic continues, do it again in Rd 5, but move vic teams to country NSW (I think they're the only state not to officially lock borders right?)

Unfortunately, from Rd 6 onwards, it has to be vic vs non-vic (other than the very last game) from there on out.

Would happily play the Sun's to get some confidence back.

The marking in the Carlton Richmond game yesterday was phenomenal, probably the best I’ve ever seen in a AFLW match. Richmond should’ve won it in that last quarter, Carlton had spent all their petrol tickets coming back and having a lead at 3qt.

North seem to have drunk their own bath water, have been blown away in the midfield the last 2 weeks. Some actual smart opposition planing/coaching by Melbourne & Collingwood have stopped their momentum at the moment, something that some teams seem to be lacking in matches this year with the rolling fixture.

Bulldogs beating Melbourne in yet another upset, Freo still untouchable and Collingwood still on a roll but some real unpredictable lapses across the competition, the uncertainty already experienced this season looks to be already having an affect throughout the league.

Remember when Marinoff was given three weeks for a player who ran into her and got injured? (It was overturned eventually but still)

Prespakis was only given one week straight up for a dangerous sling tackle

😐
She didn't get off ??

She shouldn't have, but it wouldn't have surprised me.

And pre season favourites Carlton get beaten again.
