What was it exactly?Great umpiring that 50
Macrae through protected zone. Given the stage of the game I was positive he'd let it slide. What was it exactly?

He was talked about as the second coming. He's nowhere near that. Now that's not his fault but he was certainly drinking the bathwater in his post match interview.Commentary potentially from the Joe Daniher school of ‘he’s so lazy normally that because you don’t expect it from him it’s a surprise when it happens?’
He gave an honest contest and didn’t get outmarked, one of his better, more well rounded games so far IMO.
He’d get a game before 80% of our list but is still a week to week proposition with the dogs. He is not being rushed by them but would be an automatic starter for us.He was talked about as the second coming. He's nowhere near that. Thanks JamarraHe’d get a game before 80% of our list but is still a week to week proposition with the dogs. He is not being rushed by them but would be an automatic starter for us.
Has every skill in the book, he is a forward, not a mid, much harder for young forwards to make an instant impact.
He does need to improve his intensity and is clearly improving this side of his game evidenced by crashing the pack in the last play of the game, causing the spillage which set the Bont up to kick the sealer.
He is ******* scary.
I am bullish on him long term, but yeah at the moment he is a long way off the hype he gets and has a lot of development left to go.He was talked about as the second coming. He's nowhere near that. Now that's not his fault but he was certainly drinking the bathwater in his post match interview.
yeah its a bit harsh to write him off, as we can see with our own young talls it takes time for them to develop BUT the commentary was ridiculous last night.I am bullish on him long term, but yeah at the moment he is a long way off the hype he gets and has a lot of development left to go.
The way they talked about him last night was over the top. Every little thing he did was amped up like it was a match winning play.
Nah **** him.yeah its a bit harsh to write him off, as we can see with our own young talls it takes time for them to develop BUT the commentary was ridiculous last night.
there was one play where he lined florent up with a hip and shoulder but florent managed to ride the bump and get the ball to his teammate to clear the defensive 50. All the commentary was about how great and brave JUH was.... but he is twice the size of florent, it should have been florent getting the accolades.
