Yep Snelling did a superb job on him. Following him everywhere to the point where the umpires asked Daicos and him to clear out from behind the mark, so not allowing him the cheap handball receives. Not sure why most coaches haven’t done this and allow themselves to be cut up daicos week after week.

Okay Shiel has not worked over the full period. Same with Stringer. both have been very good and very bad,
Wright has. Snelling did.
Caldwell improved last year.
I guess we have not many big wins outside Wright but there have been some small wins.

We have had limited success in that area, just as we have had limited success in developing our own players. They go hand in hand.

Having said that Saad certainly grew as a player while he was with us and there have been low profile pickups off the scrapheap that have offered nice service around the fringes.
