People have been saying this for 10 years about all different players but the Suns have three genuine up and coming stars in Anderson, Rowell and Humphrey. If they can keep those three and King/Lukosius they'll move up the ladder.

Suns getting a number of rough non-calls from the Umps

Think I'd be pretty livid if I was a Sun - on the wrong end of the umps and deliberate OOB and constant throwing by D's yet umps only looked one way b/c of bias b/c the umps know who there players are.
