Not drawing any conclusions that these 2 sides are better than us on a given day but Colling wood have the depth to run quite a few players through the M/F and not lose any impetus. Port similar but probably need the home finals.

Obviously we need everything to go right to beat them.

Collingwood's record in close matches is beyond ridiculous.

..the way it was written, straight away made me think it was something every one of our players needs to read. It was about tenacity and the will to never give up.....and training for those moments which is what I hope we continue to do..

..not just oh yeah, we got this, we know what to do so we don't need to keep going over it.

Well, yes we do, until it is second nature.....and then keep doing it anyway.

I agree we need to improve.

Although watching that game, Port were the better team but blew it, just like we did against Melbourne. The narrative (brave loss vs choke/hoodoo) is different because Collingwood already have the premiership in the bag (allegedly).
