What is Dedini's deal? Is he staying with Woomelang/Lascelles or what? Gun player who i have played against in the Mallee League and would be good to see the back of him.

No deal about it... Will play at Woomelang... Only played at Charlton to have a bit of a hit out... So looks like u'll have to play against him again this year...

I'd be more worried about the other bloke Woomelang have back... The CHF...Jay Bett???? Now he would be worth going to watch every weekend...

played a fair chunk of my juniors with this bloke and the kid is a star. played interleague where he played in geelong last year. would've been good to have him last year, another big bloke may have got us over the line. look out for the cats this year. late mail on mitch mooney too, not as good but apparently shows signs of mick dedini...

Yep got a close look when we played a practice match against them a few weeks ago... I think he kicked a lazy 10 and took mark of the year about 3 times, running back with the flight of the ball and jumping into packs... Looked very promising... Great when you can get blokes back of that quality...

wait till you see him jumping against Justin Clarke, too high leaping big fellas will be fantastic to watch

ok you blokes lets get back to talking about whats going on in the NCFL. I have it on good authority that brett atkin will be returning to donald after a short stint at ultima this year! valuable addition to an already potent onball division in donald.

Nah didn't play. Donald Start this week against Charlton.

The talk on wedderburn has almost run dry. Is it the calm before the storm or have things changed with the redbacks. Would be great to see them do well this year.

When and where do they play. Very interested in G Connors & Hutto. A lot of talking about their games i hear.

Wedderburn play Wyche at Wyche on the weekend... Should be an interseting game... Hasn't been a lot of talk coming from Wyche about recruiting so it will be interesting to see what they put on the park...

ok you blokes lets get back to talking about whats going on in the NCFL. I have it on good authority that brett atkin will be returning to donald after a short stint at ultima this year! valuable addition to an already potent onball division in donald.

Brett will be a good inclusion to the Donald midfield however it will be a crushing blow for the hard working little fella Dion Hawkes who was certain to play a part in the midfield dominance of donald. Dion might have to take a backwards step to Atkin if he was to return.

Yeah talk has slowed on the wedderburn front. mostly due to con kreteshoez implementing a self induced banning for life after a spaight of rediculous postings deep into the hours of a saturday night.

But the burn have had a solid pre season and will be very toey come tomorrow morning. As for connors and hutton, well looking forward to seeing the 'angry mop' slot through a bag. dougy (hutton) has been looking sharp on the track and his extra work in front of goals after training should pay dividends come game time. Unfortunately you will have to wait untill next week to here how connors has faired as he still has a week on the sideline due to last years finals incident He will be missing from a young burn side which has 5 senior players missing from their first game.

Your good authority is not so good Douglas as I was in the Ultima pub today and he was named in the guts to play Hay this weekend.

Heard there was a town meeting in the Wedderburn town Hall tonight after they were beat by Josh White and the Wchyeproof bowls team today!! New Fraser was said to be passing on Father Tracey's belief and hormones!!

This will be an enthralling battle. I have also played junior footy with bett and he was always a good player but the way everyone is talking about him is ridiculous. Seemed very tentative when he was last playing for woomelang but that was a couple of years ago now.. i might be wrong. It would be great to see someone knock the likes of justin clarke and steph saunders of their perch though

Who were boort's best on the weekend ex star? Obviously the big T had a day out, but what about sir lance? How did he go on the weekend? Starting to gel together? This weekend will be a massive game b/w boort and donald. Where is it? Might be worth going to watch.

good game by all, the coach mark perryman had 35 p's with 16 marks & 4 goals across CHF, lance was great, big game AT DONALD this week. boys starting to play like a team.

Thats great the Mark is playing well. He basically carried Boort for many years when they were ordinary. Hopefully his body will hold out for a couple of more seasons to enjoy so good times.
