Yeah, she was excellent. Good thing we didn't drop her any of the 100 times it's been suggested, turns out if you put an elite athlete in a great midfield for a while, she learns a thing or two

An interesting piece of trivia, Brisbane's only goal came courtesy of a 50m penalty, and 2 of their 3 behind's were rushed by us, so take that away and they actually scored 1 behind for the entire game.

The other behind was from the BS 50 again karns as well

It would be churlish to get too hung up on umpiring decisions after winning a flag but the frustration of those two 50m penalties was exacerbated by the non 50 to Kearney in the third qtr after taking a chest mark and then being taken to ground by heavy contact waaaaaaaay after the contest. That would have resulted in a set shot at the top of the goal square.


Edit: It was Flash rather than Kearney who got monstered in an illegal tackle by Davidson a long time after Flash had taken the mark.

Is the Kayo and the Seven Online broadcast different? I have Kayo, and will watch that presently. But I see that an email address is all that is required to watch the Seven online broadcast as well....just in case there is a different result, you know how it is. I want to be thorough.

You have a good sense of game theatre,

I liked that one, and also Jenna Bruton ragdolling one of the Lions on the boundary line, and reefing the ball out for a free. Typical of a dominating, physical contest performance
