I went on the club website this afternoon and placed an entry in the comp to name my top three in the B&F. I selected Garner, Riddell and Wright.

Not doing too badly so far.

So just All Australian Captain, Norm Smith, B&F in the most dominant premiership team in history. And Shinboner of the year. Next year I expect Best Young Player too.

Garner crowned Club Champion for fifth time



Congratulations to Jas, she is easily the best player in the AFLW, even if the umpires haven't even heard of her.

And great seasons from Ash and Sarah, thoroughly deserve their top 3 finishes. It's the third straight season Ash has finished runners-up to Jas. Should we be worried?

A great result for Ruby, a top 5 finish in a Premiership winning season.

Also, congratulations to Amy Smith and Kim Rennie, they don't always get the kudos but they are an important part of a record breaking team.

Garner obviously best player in the comp. But brilliant seasons from young guns Tripodi and O'Loughlin. Also shout out to Amy Smith's performance in the GF, she is one smooth mover.

Surely a fifth Best & Fairest all but guarantees that the highest honour a North Melbourne AFLW player can receive from the club will be named the "Jasmine Garner Medal".

The opportunity that both Carlton and Collingwood had as foundation clubs and the quality of players that each of them squandered is really frightening.

The player in question had also not told many other players.

The girls were really good about signing Junior N7's auskick shirt, particularly Ferg as she said it's usually a handful of others that are sought out, not necessarily her.
