Somebody at the AFL (probably our Laura) had the bright idea to only play night games at grounds with bright lights this season.

Hence our away game vs Melbourne this year is also at Ikon Park (their other home games are at Casey in the afternoon).

Just home from Princes Park - my highlight was getting a selfie with Laura Kane, congratulating her, and thanking her for everything she did for North Melbourne.

Bri Davey is fantastic, and the Pies suffered a lot missing her and Bonnicci last season, but now there is too much for her to do - Collingwood has more than its share of middling at best players and a coach who I’m not at all sure about.

Yeah no doubt Davey and Bonnicci are top drawer, and there's not a lot of A grade talent left on the list other than Schleicher. They will want to hope the kids they've drafted can mature quickly or they will struggle to remain in the top half.

Also, I hope you told Laura to get the deal done with Colonel Sanders.
