Pullar was excellent last season. I’d like to see her back. I’m surprised they haven’t switched it up a bit more but I guess at the end of the day you always want to select your strongest team.
Yep She’s a jet
her first game back and she picked up right where she left off 14 touches and a goal

Then somehow not back in after when she can play nearly all positions on the ground

She works hard up and back on the wing, is good in the air, is a pretty complete player imo

Aileen is going from strength to strength. Shame she left us. Hawks seem to be looming as a genuine contender.
The one contender they've played (Adelaide) they got comprehensively rolled

Have beaten Collingwood (17th), GCS (18th), Carlton (15th), STK (8th - an impressive win) and WCE (10th)

Yeah, I agree. I’m taking that into account as well. I just think they’re showing good improvement.

Their win over Freo was good too. Wasn't that convincing though.

No doubt they've improved but they're not close to the real deal yet. They will probably make top 4 this year and unless they improve a lot more, they'll cop a top 4 fixture and struggle to make the 8. Same thing happened to Richmond last year and it's happening to Geelong now.

Yep, an absolute jet, 14 disposals at 50% disposal efficiency and a massive 82 metres gained.

Her game was good, but not as great as you think.

She had agreed to a two year deal, then bailed when she got the offer from Hawthorn. I am sure it was for more money/opportunity, power to her but it isn't like she wasn't wanted.

Once he makes a decision, he is a train. He stays on the track regardless of what happens.

Despite being a little upset with the way she left in 2022, I'm happy to see her playing well.

It's a shame we didn't try up forward because she has been pretty good for the Hawks this season, she currently one of league's top five goalkickers.

The plan was to play her forward the season that she left. Crock revealed that at the season launch. She left literally days after that.

We lose Aileen Gilroy and pick up Vikki Wall.

Aileen wanted to play forward and North wouldn't do that as she was needed more in defence...Hawthorn promised her a position in the forward line that got the deal over the line.

She made the top 10 in the B&F as a defender, Hawks referred to her as a defender in the article after recruiting her. Did she make a public comment anywhere that she wanted to play forward and wasn't allowed to?

You are 100% wrong as Luke72 will attest. Crock told us he was going to play her forward. It was the major change going into that season. Literally days later, and on the deadline, Hawthorn used the expansion list rules to their advantage and offered her considerably more money to play as well as a job outside of football. She left because it made perfect sense to leave. It had nothing to do with forward line or backline.

It's great to see her doing so well. I too thought it was because she wanted to play forward and the club wanted her down back, but im not an ITK so what would i know.

But regardless, I wish she was still at North but we still have Vikki and Erika.
