That was one of the most enjoyable first halves of the season, the girls dominated the first quarter and didn't drop off too much in the second.

Despite our dominance we are leading the tackles 39-28 and making it almost impossible for them to get forward of the centre square, f50 entries are 21-5.

Gatt in full flight is a thing of beauty, she glides over the ground, and her ability to find a target on the run is elite.

The connection between Randall and Shierlaw is great, hardly ever see them contest the same ball.

To be fair, she's been pretty damn good today.

Essendon clearly changed their approach and structure in the second half being more intent to stifle anything we were putting forward.

Even saying that we had multiple chances to put some simple shots away and didn’t.

However the game was done. It was over in the first half.

The first half was awesome the second half was professional in holding our lead.

Next week should be a cracker.
