Firstly, the opposition was very, very poor.
The kids tried hard but were just overwhelmed by our squad.
Warnock B.O.G. for me. Most of his taps in the first three quarters went straight to one of our mids to get things rolling. It was all too easy.
Robbie did though push himself around the ground and almost performed like a mid himself.
White was very solid in defence for most of the game and even managed to kick a goal when going forward.
Watson blanketed his opponent and game him nothing. Watson's kicking was exceptional for most of the day also.
Menzel is building nicely. Should have kicked five if not six. Has great awareness in the forward 50 and has a nice pair of hands.
Not concerned about getting in hard and dirty also. Lots to look forward to.

I was at the game and agree with Harker's assessment. Would like to add that most of the non Carlton players also had a good day out. Bransgrove was in everything as was Thomas, Totevski and Wilson.

Thomas is in some pretty solid form, would have AFL recruiters paying some attention I reckon.
11 goals in two weeks and he looks capable of kicking then every week at the moment.
Much smarter footballer than he was last year from what I've seen to date.
Duigan, try as he might, looks some way away from any senior call-up but McCarthy did some nice things.

Glad to hear that, once fit I reckon he'll get a senior call up for CHB.
From today's game -
I'd just be so much happier once McCarthy is a little heavier and has a little more confidence in his body.
There are times you have to wonder whether he's really going in as hard as he can.

I will firstly clarify that I have no personal association with Levi Casboult. Don't know the guy.
To the pitiful, petulant disgusting individuals that were sitting on the city side wing at today's game, and I can confirm some would be bf "tragics", you make me sick!
A kid that is busting a gut but is obviously not having a great time of it lately to be booed and jeered by his own supporters when they are flogging another team is the most disappointing thing I have seen at a football ground in a long time.
As a recent follower of NB and Carlton due to another association, It really just does prove what I have been told, carlton supporters really eat their own.
I can picture every one of you right now and I can bet you will all be sitting at your computer right now flogging yourself over your uneducated ideas on the game of AFL.
How disappointing for our great game and a proud club.

I wish I was on that side of the wing C.G. as I can't help myself when the bad mouths come out and would have had a go at them if there.
