Lose the dark stripe outlines and i think it would look fine. All you guys saying its awful, come up with something better yourself. Something that actually works as a clash jumper, not just something that looks good.

Waiting to get mine. Looks alright and can't wait to see it on the field in Round 6 against the Pies.

BTW we are only wearing it twice this year so stop the freakin' whinging.

notice how the front and back of the shirt (excluding the number patch) are the same? this is actually a FIFA rule, and all the american sports specify it as well. it ensures that we're seeing no more than 2 sets of uniforms out on the park.

on the other hand, we see teams in the AFL with guernseys which are totally different from front to back with contrasts in colours, different designs, etc. on the same fuggin guernsey. this complicates the match-day uniform look.

i dont mind the North guernsey, but i bet the back will be white from the top of it to half way down the jumper. the number block is too big on AFL guernseys and it usually gives the guernsey a different look from the back to the front.

when will the AFL and any of its clubs learn.

What? It's exactly the same except for the number patch? Isn't that how North's jumper is already designed?

And doesn't this insignificant number patch on the Argentine strip take up at least half the back?

And who says FIFA and the NFL are the authorities on jumper designs?

I like the jumper.

I do question the decision to use Corey Jones as a model though.

I suppose they could have used his forehead to project a slideshow presentation about the jumper on afterwards.

I think its a hell of a lot cooler than that solid blue one. Who ever designed this one is going back to basics; simple but effective. I reckon they should wear it more often then just against Geelong and Collingwood in Rounds 6 and 8 respectively. Im a Brisbane supporter and I reckon I'd even wear that it looks so cool. Top stuff, X-Blades, top stuff. the heat.

Would have rather we stuck with the V-guernsey of last year or something similar, as i have always regarded the ROYAL blue and white on our jumper more important than the stripes. As it has been mentioned, it wont be seen much anyway.
