An excellent win by Marseille this morning away at Lyon, after Balerdi received two yellow cards in the first five minutes, Marseille scored in the 82nd minute to win 3-2 and remain level with PSG and Monaco at the top of the table.

We are young. Last season started well too then went south. Hopefully can keep it up this season.

Far too many Blueco project players though, our future is uncertain. The fanbase is still mostly against Blueco at this point in time.

Strasbourg is one of the French teams that's future isn't uncertain, most are in financial struggle but not them. They have a clear plan and a top manager to guide them.

Yeah it involves a lot of youf but they are pretty good youf. Nanasi is close to the signing of the season, what a player.

As always only wins bring the fans around.

On the TV rights situation - family member spoke to Bein last month and they were told Bein were "hopeful" of getting Ligue 1 rights this season. Subsequently purchased Bein connect year round deal.


That's now apparently changed to "Bein won't be telecasting Ligue 1" this season in Australia. Family member not happy!


Surely Optus could snap up the rights now for a knock down price? We are 1/6th into the season and with no other serious bidders surely Optus can grab themselves a bargain rights deal. Seems Mbappe leaving has seen demand drop right off for the rights.

Either that or I will join up with a bored 25 year old border, start our own streaming service and bid 50k for Ligue 1 streaming rights this season haha

I have had limited success with vpn access from a family member who has a bein account in France (they have the rights in France). Bein only has the big games though, usually 2 per week. Other 6 are on DAZN.

Quite absurd they haven't got the rights for Bein Australia as well.
