In the history of the POTY voting since i've been doing it, no player has come close to receiving as many votes as Boomer Harvey got this week.

Ryan Bastinac polls his first votes of his career - this is much more signicant than the Rising Star award, surely.

Considering he broke his own single game possession record and almost snagged the goal of the year, it's not surprising. It'd be alarming if anyone DIDN'T pick Boomer as B.O.G. Also we were so desperate for our first win for 2010 I reckon posters came out of the woodwork for the post match dribblings on BF, and voted whilst here. Good to see
