Scanlon sand how everything that happens at that club evolves around them we are a laughing stock but this club puts spin on everything as they think this the way forward.
The only way forward is Leadership which is currently lacking at our club atm.
Iv supported this club for 56 years been there as a kid in the rain and mud of Arden st seen the Gloria days of 75,77,96 and 99 to the days of horror of 1974,76,78 and the nightmare of 1998 but this has to be the worst period that I have seen as a supporter and no matter how many priority picks that we may get which I know will none and soft cap allowances we may get we need to start with Leadership not with continuing BS that Keeps coming out week in and week out.
So people can call me whatever you want and if you can’t see if your own eyes what’s going on you need to wake up and smell the Fu:king Roses.

I can deal with losing as long as there’s some sort of hope for a better future, with the exception of some individuals I don’t see much evidence of that at the moment. It's a fair point. I have a lot of people tell me, "North Melbourne's on the right path. You've got some good kids. It's just gonna take time." I just don't buy it. Our list is such a mess, that I still think we have 2-3 years of serious pain ahead before we see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Happy to get rid of those mentioned and keep lynch as VFL/something in the senior squad coach.

Depends on how many we're going to delist this year. Would take 3+ years if it's only 5 going. Less time if we get the right players in now.
