So good.
I was surprised by that too.. I didn't realise he'd only started on the ground once prior to the GF.Interesting that it was only the second time for the year he started in the 18.
Maybe just a small surprise for the Lions and the first quarter was his best .

Another genius move by Fly.
Either way you choose to look at it, it was a good move. Not sure the starting 18 makes any difference or how it could be classified as a genius move. The rotations begin almost immediately. The genius move was identifying his talent in the first place then selecting him in 23 games, 18 of which were in the starting 22, including the difficult t decision to push JFN out of the side because of him.
It’s 22 vs 22 ( plus sub) .

Jesus that's harsh. Granted both he and Noble haven't been great this year. But it's way too easy to pin a lot of blame/anger/frustration at their feet. They've become symbolic of a backline constantly under siege with a real failure and lack of support from leaders like Moore and Maynard (who I'd argue have been even more disappointing considering their much higher expectations). He's decent depth/bottom 6 and has the work ethic to turn it around.Has to delisted unfortunately, just not at the level required. Not giving any run and never been good at being a lockdown defender, also lacks footy IQ.
He’s the complete opposite imo of Sier. Sier wasted his talent and opportunities whilst Markov made the most of his.Much like Brayden Sier before him, the spud fairy came down and missed Oleg and granted him a dozen games to come good and win a flag. In this instance he saluted. Thank you Leggy, but you’re not part of the future.
Given where the list is at, harsh is what’s required. Suspect he won’t get a new contract and he’ll retire a much loved Collingwood premiership player.Jesus that's harsh. Everyone has been shit this year. Not just him. Unfair to place all the blame and hate on him in my opinionDelist or can honestly see him retiring
I like him but my God we are shit this year
What a fall from grace
