Is this true. Surely the reason for the rule is to stop outbreaks within clubs which will interfere with the season.
Are they currently in home/clubrooms isolation? What about shops etc.
By letting him play reserves they admit the rule in no way has any practical reason for existing but they choose to partially enforce in anyway. This is peak AFL levels of governance.

Even if someone gets it this year, they'll keep going. Only way they stop is if an overwhelming majority of players get the virus. And even then I can see teams dropping out before cancelling the entire comp.
As farcical as it might sound, there's just too much money involved to cancel the comp for a year.

I support this 100%. No media with anyone who is a crows ambassador. And Theo should be de registered by the afl for his part in it as well.

I literally know first hand of several port and crows players who have had media engagements outside of their clubs in the past month.
I can see why wines would think an interview outside of his home would be fine when he’s watched a fellow port player have half dozen media commitments (and a crow player I know has too)
