He's been cooked for yearsMichael Walters not looking great so far this year.
He seems to have been like that for a while now....gets sub-5 touches every game, and Dees fans just hope a couple of them are kicks for goal.Big Bad Ben Brown. Body is cooked and he's a genuine liability unless the ball is served to him on a platter.
Still, Dees fans will always be happy with that trade, but North were right to offload him. No room for blokes that can do nothing except lead, mark, kick and repeat.
Problem is that the others aren't kicking goals either. He seems to have been like that for a while now....gets sub-5 touches every game, and Dees fans just hope a couple of them are kicks for goal.
He's almost like a decoy to clear out the forward line for others.
Wound the clock back last year but has fallen right offHe's been cooked for years
Still can't believe he scored a 2 year deal last year.Michael Walters not looking great so far this year.

Not sure about that.Big Bad Ben Brown. Body is cooked and he's a genuine liability unless the ball is served to him on a platter.

You obviously haven't watched Ben Brown the last 2 years. He's horrible. Not sure about that.
North essentially got Stephenson for Brown.
Brown could have straightened up their forward line immensely taking the load off Larkey and probably improving the output of Zurhaar. Probably also meant they wouldn’t have been tempted to give up pick 19 for CCJ that year as well.
Don’t think Melbourne has played Brown correctly either. Play him as the lead up forward and take that responsibility off Fritsch which would make him more dangerous.
Melbourne supporters should be asking the question of why their forward line coach is still in that position with very little progress over the last 2 years.
Yep I have. He’s not been played to his strengths. You obviously haven't watched Ben Brown the last 2 years. He's horrible.
Any position thats not in the VFL side is out of position.Yep I have. He’s not been played to his strengths.
He’s clearly a lead up forward playing out of the goal square.
He has one very good trick and Stafford has played him out of position that doesn’t allow him to display it.
Was thinking the same, he was a worthy nomination for the thread but he's had a seriously good career.Tomahawk has likely done his navicular and there are blokes in here potting him
Pathetic

Last night's injury is a sad way for him to bow out (if that's the case) but it's not the reason for him playing terribly last night and all of this year. This thread is about going on a year too long. He was a fine nomination before the injury even happened.
You're not allowed to mention someone because they get injured? Surely that's part of the equation in going on a year too long.
A few more should have bowed out on a high in 2022. They were never going to grab another one, the list profile was completely cooked.

come on boys the bloke did his bloody navicular
his navicular!
and you're here potting him!
