It must be a great feeling for a player to hear the whistle blown and be able to immediately just sprint forward with the confidence that it’s 90% going to be your team’s free kick.

Seriously I’m shocked by it. There have been many games where we have been robbed but that game trumped anything I’ve seen in my 55 years of watching footy.

It’s just ludicrous how the commentators stay silent. I know they are protecting their jobs, but surely they can see the blatant cheating going on. You’d love to be a fly on the wall and see the looks on their faces at some of the decisions.

I’ve just about had it with this sport. And it’s not just because Richmond aren’t going well. I watch a few games each week and the crap umpiring is ruining my enjoyment of it.

We have 12 reserved seats that have been mostly empty this year as we are sick of the corrupt umpiring at our games, but it was funny yesterday as the entire area was full, and we spoke to other members who were not attending games for the same reason we are not. It took a milestone game for us to return. I'd like to see if the club noticed this and will send out a survey - or do they already know and refuse to highlight it with the CFL ?

Daicos non-handball in front of goals after he has had prior and raises his arms up high is paid 99% of the time since new interpretation. 50m penalty is paid 99.9999999% of time since the 50m penalty was introduced.

North is one of my most hated teams, but I’m genuinely gutted by the way that game was literally decided by favourable umpiring to the Pies. Not gutted for Kanga supporters as they’re mostly irrelevant losers. I’m just gutted for the game of football to see so many results this season decided by incompetent umpiring.

If the AFL ticks off that non-50, after they gave the green light to the 50m paid against the Dogs a few weeks back, it tells you all you need to know about the incompetence of those running our game.
