In fairness to Dimma, it would take more than 6-12 months to turn around what was such a dawgsh!t culture.

I think they are in a better position, even if not ladder wise, than they have ever been, provided he can actually turn them into a footy club, rather than a holiday destination!

They’re coming along nicely.
Getting games in to kids and finding a few keepers.
Not playing guys who won’t take them forward like Ellis.
I reckon they’ll clean out a few at the end of the year, and make a few trades that have the potential to put them in the mix.
