Would have been worth keeping Stack on the list just for this purpose. Never seen a man break other players in half like he does and do it within the rules.

My observation about these internal/external reviews.
They remind me of consultants like PwC or McKinsey asked to review a business. Lot of effort involved and people are paid a lot to do the review so they have to recommend a big change to justify it. And saying the coach is no good is an easy big call to make. Just not convinced these reviewers are any more insightful or necessarily good at what they do.
