Carlton 9th, Sydney 2nd, Collingwood 4th,Bulldgos 8th Adelaide (Away) 14th
Geelongs Start, who finished 1st and won the flag.....
Collingwood 4th, Carlton 9th, Gold Coast 12th, Hawthorn 13th, West Coast 17th.
Seriously, how the f do they work this stuff out exactly?
How the F is it 2023 and we still don't have a fixture that isn't "even" in the sense that every 2 years you will play everyone 3 times in total, so it doesn't allow for unfair disadvantages? How the Cats can start the season as defending champs and only play 1 top 8 team in the first 5 weeks - including 3 games against the bottom 3, is beyond me
And it doesnt get much better - the cats play the Swans next week followed by Essendon (15th) Adelaide (in Geelong, 14th) & then us (7th). Talk about getting kissed on the D when it comes to a fixture...

The reason why they are having a gather round is because the AFL sell it to whatever city will pay, and Adelaide offered the most money.

Doesn't surprise me at all. The way they have delayed and avoided progress on the aboriginal complaints to allow Fagan & Clarko to "get back to work" & normalize their place in the AFL is sickening.
The guy asked wives and players to get abortions ffs. At what point do people stand down? FFS, there are people having to stand down in their jobs in hollywood over incredibly trivial things. The ****ing Celtics SACKED their coach, who took them to the Grand Final a few months before, for having a consenting affair with a staff member. AFL has no standards anymore. none.

It does seem they are hell bent on destroying all the historical elements of the game.
Saturday Afternoon footy is as good as dead. All because people aren't home to watch games of football as they have beeter things to do than watch a game they generally dont even care about
