We lost this test for how we bowled at the last 4 English wickets in their first dig.

Ever faced 140km plus bowling? If you have you'll know you just can't block that shit out (yeah I have and it's damn unsettling when a blower is "on"). Add a duke ball and natural English conditions and you don't have a choice but to try and score.

some campaigners once set the bowling machine to max speed think it was 140 or 150. i didn't even see the ball lol

You got a guy with a bung back and hip flexor and another with a stuffed back. The only way they can really swing is side to side. The most uncomfortable place to swing is upwards and stay crouched and reach. We bowl to the only area they can score. And we have done it twice now. So, so dumb. We should have gone in with an 80 run lead. And they will rue missing that 50 runs.

Yeah faced Fred Arya in png and he was around that speed , no helmets either in those days

Yeah, it’s not great. As i got older, i enjoyed net batting less and less. Particularly to the quicks. I can’t explain it. Centre wicket, no probs. But in the nets, hate it.
