Oh my God, we're having a fire.........sale. Oh, the burning. It burns me. Evacuate all the schoolchildren!

Fremantle fringe players Steven Dodd, Brett Peake, Scott Thornton and Andrew Browne are all looking for new homes. They are all going cheap, and Fremantle are looking for some midfield depth and draft picks.

Defenders Michael Johnson, Josh Head and Marcus Drum have yet to sign new contracts and are open to the idea of a trade. While midfielders Paul Haselby, Des Headland and David Mundy are also on the trade table.

Fremantle is looking for young midfielders, and a big bodied full back.

The dogs have realised how much the opisition are charging for tall forwards and it's ridiculous. They are now after mid sized forwards.

Gilbee, Johnson, Akermanis, Hudson, Hargrave and Harbrow are all up for trade.

If anyone needs star midfielders like Cross, Higgins and Boyd, the dogs would still like a key forward.

Saints place stars up for trade

St. Kilda coach Perth Swans has caused a shock by placing key forward Justin Koschitzke, 2005 All-Australian Luke Ball, former Bulldog Shane Birss, former Swans Adam Schneider and Sean Dempster, former West Coast ruckman Michael Gardiner and prolific ball-winner Leigh Montagna onto the trade market. "A lot of those players will have to go at a high price as at the moment the Saints' team is not good enough to be a premiership winning side" said the coach.

Wight given a lifeline

Not long after his services were not required at the Bulldogs, Cameron Wight has been given a lifeline by the Saints after the two clubs agreed to a deal which will see the ruckman join St. Kilda for the Saints 4th round pick, 63. "We would like to welcome Cameron to the St. Kilda football club and we hope he will enjoy a successful career at this club on the rise" said coach Perth Swans.
