Does the crows board suck so bad that you’ve decided to hang out here or something? So glad I changed my tip yesterday. I don’t know what I was thinking picking Melbourne in the first place.
I'm in my transition era. I know it's generally frowned upon in AFL circles (and sporting circles more generally), but I can't help myself. I'm falling and falling hard. It started in the finals series and has only gotten stronger since. Even the off season didn't dull the desire.Does the crows board suck so bad that you’ve decided to hang out here or something?
Not criticising, you’ve been perfectly fine, it’s just unusual to see an oppo supporter posting on threads that don’t involve their cub in some capacity
Need a name change. Hill2Shoota sounds good to meI'm in my transition era. I know it's generally frowned upon in AFL circles (and sporting circles more generally), but I can't help myself. Something to aspire to.Well, I certainly toughed a nerve or two over on the Swans v Dreamons game thread on the Main Board, I'm no longer able to post over there. I consider it a badge of honor!
All I did was mention their plastic Covid Cup a few times and a couple of them got very upset.Something to aspire to.
I have Collingwood, GWS, Adelaide and Brisbane as my top 4 this year. I wouldn't jump off the Crows just yet, I can see them as a serious contender this year. However, the cosmic force that Collingwood has is very dangerous to look at, if you support another club. It's a bit like Mowgli when he is hypnotised and lured in the coils of the snake, it's hard to escapeI'm in my transition era. It doesn't take much to find the straw to break them, with all their issues at the moment. All I did was mention their plastic Covid Cup a few times and a couple of them got very upset.
Let me have my vent, you're probably right. Although, it's a long season and I might reserve my judgement till later in the year.
I don’t see them beating out Brisbane, GWS or us… maybe contending for 4th?
I'm very happy for Grundy. It was great to see him at his best. I think he'll do well at Sydney. Back playing where he belongs. Dees never really valued him as much as they said they did.
Clarry was sweating it up like a scoutmaster at a Wiggles concert.Second half was better but couldn’t hold my attention in the first half.
Grundy back to his best. Unfortunately for him, last year melbourne was a bad fit. Perphsos they should have traded Gawn….
Adams might find himself in the same boat this year. Swans midfield was excellent despite three keys players missing.
Neither side had a good tall forward setup.
Oliver Is fat and despite his good possession count was largely ineffective
Well he completely nullified Gawn last night and our 2 will have to be on their game next week but because Melbourne were so bad it does not mean Sydney are so good that we have fear them.I'm very happy for Grundy. Mate he looked like he was going to explode at halftime when they took that jumper off his gut was nearly as big as mine and I am 66,he has been a great extractor for them but as the Rolling Stones sang "it is all over now" sad really but not so much when I think of their treatment of Maynard " what goes around comes around".Clarry was sweating it up like a scoutmaster at a Wiggles concert.
He wasn’t ready to play but they’re desperate. Been a while since I’ve seen an AFL footballer in that shape.Mate he looked like he was going to explode at halftime when they took that jumper off his gut was nearly as big as mine and I am 66,he has been a great extractor for them but as the Rolling Stones sang "it is all over now" sad really but not so much when I think of their treatment of Maynard " what goes around comes around".
You just cannot get away with being in the condition Olliver was in last night and expect to get away with it these days he looked like Mick Nolan out there. After all the trouble he has had pre season I think it was bloody unfair to force him to play but after Brayshaw going they had no one else and Grundy smashing Gawn did not help.He wasn’t ready to play but they’re desperate.
