I am not a Sicily fan. I think he’s a massive sook. But in that instance he did the right thing as a leader of a young football club not taking Ken’s crap lying down.

Sicily is the captain who has been happy to sit back while his young players have shown disrespect to other teams. Sure, he tried to intervene in the incident at the end, but he wouldn’t have had to if he and his coach had have kept his young players in line earlier

Can’t agree. Ken was making a joke just like Ginnivan did. Ginnivan didn’t need to be defended by Sicily, he needed his arse kicked.

**** me Ken was staring his coaching mortality in the face this week and a sniveling little shit named Jack Ginnivan poked the beast. Good on him for taking Jack down a peg. Like all good leaders though Sicily publicly backed his man in and clapped back at Ken. That’s a clear 1-1 draw as far as I’m concerned.

The biggest losers out of all this are Ginnivan who shat the bed tonight and maybe Mitchell for his handling of it in the presser (I’m holding fire on him until I know exactly what he said).

In retrospect I think it’s better in our culture, he’s not a part of it.
