Never thought after 02 and 03 I’d hope for a Brisbane flag again but I do. A lot of heart in this side and they remind me of our campaign last year.

What a cracking game. That final quarter had so many great moments. I hope Brisbane can keep the momentum going and win next week. Don't particularly like either side but Brisbane have been up there for a while and probably deserve one

When I watched Harris Andrews being such a gentleman last year after such a gut wrenching loss I said to my son I'd be happy if he won a flag next year. Same with Fagan. Quiet, decent blokes.

I was bummed by Port missing out, but I feel like the Brions will be a better competition. What I'm hoping for is a game where the umps give less of those horrible momentum killing frees away to the Swans forward line.

Rayner, Lohmann look particularly dangerous. Set up to be a cracker.

Good on Brisbane, Fagan’s a good guy so I hope they get it done next week. Sick an tired of Geelong so nice to see them go out.

I actually think GWS was a better team than the Lions this year, and they should be playing Sydney in the GF.

But happy that Brisbane has ended Geelong's season, because

a) Scott is arrogant and presumptuous (can't wait to watch his presser...it will be popcorn time)
b) Fagan, for an opposition coach, is OK
c) Ollie Henry has to sweat a little longer after missing out on our Premiership
d) We beat Brisbane twice this year, so Brisbane's entry into the GF highlights what we could have done in the finals series, if we had not been decimated by injuries
e) I love watching Lohman. He is magic.

My hope for next week: Brisbane to defeat Sydney decisively, Lohman to kick 5 goals, and Papley to start crying on camera.
