You cannot honestly say as a football lover, that the only reason Geelong lost that game was because of Ottens miss.. Football games are not won by one moment, Geelong played poorly all day, did not deserve a win, and the fact that we came close suggests that even on a bad day, we are competitive.
Get off Brads back and give him a go, he has done far more good to this club than any real Geelong supporter could have hoped for at this stage.

and exactly in what situations has it mattered "most" when he was playing for richmond. was it when they were setting the records for consecutive losses?? or when they played hawthorn for the wooden spoon/#1 draft pick?? or when they were 6-2 and then lost another 10+ games in a row ?

So the previous 4 weeks haven't mattered to North.

They have, but really, we played pretty bad as a team in those 4 weeks. Tonight we played well, and we were lead by Thompson who played a great game.
