getting back to the question of how does steve lappin go? he played a few games for Nth Albury 2nds, Chiltern and a few for Glenrowan not sure what they paid him but he played on a wing / flank from memory reasonably quick liked his own space, not in to close you know what i mean but most clubs have one or two of these blokes the couple of times i seen him he went alright. In a strong ovens & king side he would be in the bottom half dozen i would think, is that fair to say tiger

he had a much better year in 07 but had the sholder problem in 08 and that let him big time.but your quote is pretty spoton..

As a matter of fact Tige, yes I am a player & member of a club. I can't say what a player is worth or not, but I do know there is far TOO much being thrown around at players to play footy in minor leagues. Players are being too greedy & wanting too much. Im sure your club wouldn't knock back someone who pays $10 every week to come watch a game. If I want to yell "SH*t" over the fence I've got every right if I've paid my money but I don't. I'm just a regular player who plays footy for just that reason - to play!

yep fair enough,i just get pissed off when people think that glenrowan offers the big dollar to every one that comes along...do you play in the 2s at kv??

I never said Glenrowan offered the big dollar tiger, I was just trying to say to you that your club & any other club should offer a player what they think he is worth. Money is ruling clubs everywhere too much now. Nope don't play 2s up at the Valley sorry. You're a fair way off!!! :D

Tarra will flog everyone by 10 goals at least. I agree with everything said about Milawa, they throw huge money around everywhere for no result, doesn't matter if you had Judd playing in the middle they still wouldn't beat tarra, (maybe they would but you get my point) Simms is a waste of money, never met a more self centered person in my life. Said to the Valley at the end on 07 that he would coach them and help them out after paying money for him to assistant coach in 2007. 2008 rolls around and he states "I can't do the coaching role as I have to much on at work and can't travel to training and such" then he goes and signs with and O & M club that pays him good money and he trains twice a week, then after a year changes again to Milawa for 800 a game. Goes to show you what some peoples character is like. Im sure he promised the world to them. Glanville and Vyner are a big loss for Whoruly, I think Vyner more than Glanville as he did a lot of hard work for the rest of them, Glanville just cherry picked and played free. I here Andy Murray is going to Tarra as well, he is a very decent pick up, more value than bell considering they already have a couple of decent ruckman.

Do u think he would have coached had there been a merger , which would have given him a lot more to work with ?
 
anyone know how to view the clearances in the new sportingpulse website? used to under that old vcfl.com.au one but not having any luck
