Rightio lads! Long time follower, first time predicting.

Bright will be too good for the Kelly tigers! Mountain men love it wet and slippery, Tigers like it in the dry. Wouldn't be surprised if bright boys do it with ease really.

Game of the round will be Tarra v king valley 2s
will be a rippa game IMO if the doggies can get on top in the ruck contests and their centreline gets on top. Mountney will need to fire also. Solid backline on thier day but the whole group need to focus on their 2nd quarter..

In saying that I keep hearing that senior quality players in th whitfield region are happy to keep doing their thing in the 2s (which i think is ****ed, but thats just my opinion)

As for the senior games everything should follow the script, bright are relying on hopes and dreams and mohyu have nothing without ceejay...

Milawa SHOULD account for BD seeing as though BD have so many passengers..

But on any given saturday.............

You obviously disagree that they have a lot of passengers. Milawa have a heap out this weekend so if they are going to do anything this year then BD need to get the win at home. If they do then I will say that I have underestimated them a little but if they cant win this weekend then I was exactly right. and although they may finish pretty high up. Possibly top 4, they will just be making up numbers in finals
 
Our game has been changed tomorrow from Nth Wang to Whorouly due to a 'Complaint'. Strange.

I don't believe so.

From what we have been told it is closed at the moment pending an investigation.

The gun club next door is also shut down at the moment due to the same issue, although I personally haven't been told what that issue is.

Unfortunately for the Hawks, the news I'm hearing is the entire area has an unsafe level of lead in the soil! If this is the case, it's going to be an even harder slog with now with no club rooms or home ground! A few years ago the Yarrawonga cricket oval was completely re done due to the same issue at a cost that went into the millions to repair.... Could this ultimately spell the end for the Hawks?

Surely if it is found the lead is coming from the gun club, the council would have reason to sue for the cost of the remediation works?

They also named Brendan Gamze and Andrew Hamilton last week and they never played. Think they maybe just hoping! Luke O'Keefe making a come back as well
 
Whoa!:eek: Big news. Bit early to be predicting the end of the Hawks, council will likely move mountains to help ensure they have a home away from home for the year.
