I think Richardson's first season as CEO was 2020? Possibly can be cut some slack if he recommends Hinkley's termination.

I don't buy Koch's explanation about Richardson's appointment where he said he wanted somebody from the outside but realised the best person was inside the club already. I think Koch wanted Richardson for other reasons.
