With negotiation and an exchange of a large amount of cash I'm sure relief would be given. However given attendances at most GWS games suck they'll be a prime target to take over there.
I think you'll find that GWS has the same problem. A three game contract with Canberra and a eight game in Sydney.

It'll probably be a poorer drawing Vic-based club. They'll do a similar deal to Hawthorn so that their members still get to go to 11 games in Melbourne.

My guess is either Dees, Norf, Doggies, Richmond or St Kilda

According to Koch last night he watched one game and had lunch and decided to dump in a load of cash, does sound pretty suspicious, of course all Koch and the AFL see are dollar signs, I wonder if anyone has done any due diligence

The following should be ringing alarm bells at Power but they're all to busy patting themselves on the back.

CHINESE billionaire Gui Goujie’s multimillion-dollar sponsorship of Port Adelaide Football Club is about much more than his new-found love of AFL.

The original playsheet told of the Shanghai property developer’s keen desire to bring footy to China. The club’s biggest-ever benefactor did not ask for so much as a logo on the guernsey in return.

But it soon emerged that Mr Gui’s largesse was inextricably linked to his bid to buy the nation’s biggest pastoral empire, South Australian-based S. Kidman and Co, which is set to be sold for a rumoured $350 million.

Did the Chinese just look for the puffiest club in the league to sell this scam to?

Quoted for suspicion. Now how can Turnbull turn down this generous Chinese benefactor when they have ll raced into bed with him at the drop of a hat.
Pufferfish Corporation have been unwitting pawns, just like 1990 when Ross Oakley used them to get his preferred option into the AFL. PAFC-we exist to sell out Australia's best interests, even if we weren't aware of it.

Richmond the club that had the largest home and away attendance in the comp last year and currently this year, stop trying to take the piss you just come across as an idiot.

If we did go I can assure you, with the Tiger as our emblem we would be the club that the Chinese end up supporting, much like our large base of Indian supporters.

Lulz at all the jelly flogs in here looking to discredit this landmark occasion, while KT and the PM sip their green tea.

You're believing an article from the Crowvertiser, and you call me stupid:drunk:
No I asked you if you were that stupid.

I have no idea about the shit fights over what is written in various SA newspapers, nor do I care, the same story is in a number of papers online, do you really think that one game of football got this Chinese property developer so excited that he decided to dump in a load of cash with no return.

"While he will no doubt enjoy watching Port win on the field, Mr Gui clearly has bigger victories in sight."

I saw the part of the Footy show with an embarrassed(missed the meeting all together) bumbling Koch being interviewed, the impression I got from watching Brayshaw was that it may be North.

Wait til you see him on AFL360
He likens the Port China thing to the same as Russia and the Bolshoi Ballet :D:D:D

Asked who they playing - he's talked to 1 President
Asked where they're playing - bluff and bluster about cultural ties and a lunch he had in Hong Kong

Honestly the next week is going to be hilarious watching him try to polish what is more and more looking like a big Chinese turd !

Personally I'll be looking forward to seeing river front apartments, high rises, golf courses and casinos at Anna creek:drunk:

Before your smug comments start to trigger another puff session have you not seen what the Chinese have done in Africa

China's push into Africa is 'reminiscent of the West in the 18th and 19th centuries'

China's rulers believe Africa can become a 'satellite' state, solving its own problems of over-population and shortage of natural resources at a stroke.

You don't think a country with a population the size of China might not see all that outback land in Australia as a nice place to expand one day?

I think Koch reached his limits by reading pre-prepared news articles and flirting embarrassingly with Sam on Sunrise while trying to pretend that at some stage in his accountancy laden life that he was actually cool.

Who the f@ck gives a damn what KT thinks, your a minnow franchise that has been targeted as being stupid enough to fall for a deal that will get this Chinese investor what he wants...oh I don't live in Victoria so not sure what that comment is related to?

So you know they want our land and you're happy that your club is taking part in them achieving that goal, the bay covers showed more intelligence than the average Power supporter:$

You only get big crowds when you play Collingwood, Essendon, Carlton, Hawthorn or Geelong. When you host a non-Victorian club you're lucky to get 29000. That's why the AFL forced you to sell home games to Nth Qld. They may also force you to sell a home game to Port for the gpod of the competition.

Look at the bright side, your fan base should be able to upgrade their Huawei D/H phones.
