He saved his game at the freeze point so there is no going back for that saved season until the patch

I see you're right up there online on PS3, HBK. Top 20 from when I last checked. Would love a game sometime to see how you do it.... even though I'm not that good and you'll probably smash me. (PSN: SaintSkeeta)

Hope ross or someone who knows can answer this. Can you tell me if the online tactics will save with the upcoming patch, it's horrible playing online and having to pause while playing to alter them again, meanwhile the opposition is scoring goals while you try and do it? Please tell me this will be fixed
 
i used to do it before the game, but this does not save once you start playing, check it yourself quiv, youll see it all reverts back to default. You may think you are playing with tactics, but your not. i only noticed this because i like to use the huddle kick out and it wasnt working online, so when i checked, sure enough everything was back at default
 
Yeah tactics can only be changed online when the game has started/is starting. Can't do it before you "run through the banner" (ie. it doesn't save your changes).

I'd love to be able to edit line ups and have them SAVED until I choose to change them again.

And is it just me or do the online default line ups differ/have been changed or something?
 
am I the only one who has just 2 songs on the soundtrack of the game? It is killing me. If i hear Holy Grail one more time i'm going to murder myself.

please tell me the next patch will have either extra songs, or the options to plug in our own mp3s :)

have decided not to play this online anymore until the patch comes out, have played 25 games, 3 wins ,six losses and 16 quits, they always quit when you get 4-5 goals up. At least when the patch comes out youll get a win from quitters.

** Ross, can you confirm that tactics will save online prior to the match in the patch
 
It is extremely frustrating. I am on the verge of stopping playing.

I have played ~160 games online, have about 80 wins and a roughly +30 win/loss ratio. I have 5 forfeits (only due to to disconnects or lag). Do the math, there are plenty of quits there :(

And the stats are negectively biased because almost all of those quits would have been wins. I tend to only get completely games if the guy doesn't mind a thrashing or has also played it for a while and is competitive.

I don't know that it does. I thought it works exactly the same as it does on XBOX but some games just don't allow it, while others do.

Would be an awesome thing to add either way.

I'm pretty sure it requires dev time.... not just an option for the devs to switch on or off when they submit a game. Otherwise why would they bother? It costs them money to buy the rights to a song they want in a game.

It is a dev implementation that needs to be done.

I don't think it's overly hard to do, but at the end of the day it would be taking time from other things.

I think when it comes down to it, this is menu music. For a game like Burnout Paradise (which was one of/if not the first to implement it) it is used ALL THE TIME, so it makes up a fair chunk of what you're doing and listening to. While it's a grind in AFL Live, I'd much rather them care and look and put money towards the other things in the game that need improvement.
 
i want to continue my legend season but i am the saints and getting the end game bug in round 6 or 7... Why didn't i just pick collingwood:(

Should i just start over as collingwood?

Simulate all AI (Y on 360, Triangle on PS3) and you should be fine, as long as you don't save it after simulating the AI.
