Confirmed. Warriors know the potential of Hipwood and to a slightly lesser degree Petrevski-Seton, but were in need of an extra ruck option and would have taken Stevens within the first 3-4 rounds of the initial draft, so see him as a top-line talent. Warriors still have plenty of quality youngsters in the squad too, including a strong forward division who hopefully won't miss Hipwood in future too much.

Tough to let go of a stat stuffer like Steven but I figure the best way to go with my list is to double down on youth.

Hipwood gives me another long term forward, SPS looks like a classy player and the 2nd round pick means at the moment I've got the #1 pick and another two inside the top 20.
