Seems like a huge PR stunt by the AFL

Pav wouldn't have got suspended even if he challenged so what was the point? why not let him off in the first place

Same with Dawes

both very trivial incidents and didn't even need a look at - but the AFL just got 1,000s of hits plus 1,000s more on the edge of their collective seats watching the live chat

main thing is that Pav got off, aside from that poor show by the MRP to even bring either of the incidents up (both for ANZAC day clashes as well)

Good that Pav's charge was down graded. Wasn't much in it anyway. Pav doesn't do aggression towards opponents very well. Often ends up looking clumsy, foolish, or both.

Pav barely made contact! It was a waste of time even reporting that! I'm glad he's still eligible for the Brownlow, he's averaging almost 28 possessions a game at the moment. He absolutely dominated that third quarter against the Kangaroos.
