not that he's a bad player but it just reeks of front running players that the suns have signed their fair share off.

makes about as much sense as Krakouer.
maybe that is a good thing about having such small exposure that players like Pearce Boak Sal and Krakouer have been highlighted by interstate teams - these are not and have never been our hardest working or best players and if we end up losing Pearce and Krakouer to the new teams, the future should show we've kept all the right players. Andrew Walker for Salopek would have been an incredible deal for us and if they wanted him for Jacobs I would have done that too. Pearcey will never have the intensity that a human needs to win a premiership let alone steer a young group in a new franchise anywhere.

really they should be playing him and increasing his value to ensure a good combo pick. The lions knew Risky was leaving but played him for 22 games and he went from a very average player in 2009 to B&F in 2010

assuming giants, but regardless of which teams has signed him it is a poor signing. as has been shown with krakouer and harbrow, and brennan for his first 3 games, they need to sign less flashy players and more reliable in and under guys who can look after the youngsters.Sorry I'm confused. Some are saying GWS and others the Suns, who specifically?
but GCS wouldn't be able to just sign him now would they?? i would've thought they would have to trade for him as any other club would have to during the post season.....
Considering the talent they're likely to sign this season, Pearce could actually be in the upper tier of signings.
Think it's best for both parties to move on. Be interesting to see what Port get for compo though. Probably a 2nd round pick I'd say.

Goes to water under any sort of opposition attention. Similar to Aaron Davey. Should be going after players who are mature bodied, can lead from the front and put in 100% all the time, even if they lack some natural talent (preferably not though).
