Not sold on Horne-Francis with my number one pick. Think Callaghan is the better prospect. Higher risk but higher reward. Could be interesting with my first selection. What time is the draft?

I'm happy to also draft as the Suns to get this thing up and running

Alright. I’ll get the ball rolling with this at some stage today. First up is North Melbourne.

PICK TWO - NORTH MELBOURNE

Jason Horne-Francis has proven to be a phenomenal talent. The South Australian prodigy has been in scintillating junior form and is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding young talents to come through the system. North Melbourne are believed to have had their eye on this mouth-watering prospect for some time, but have they gotten cold feet last minute?

There’s a young kid who played for Sandringham Dragons and goes by the name Finn Callaghan. He’s Marcus Bontempelli and Josh Kelly rolled into one. He oozes class and if he fulfills his potential, his ceiling is believed to be higher than that of Horne-Francis’.

After much debate, the North Melbourne Football club have decided to let Horne-Francis go to the keeper, whilst they’ve openly embraced Finn Callaghan with the middle of the bat. Will this be a decision they regret later down the track? Only time will tell. But Callaghan has the tools to become a generational talent so North Melbourne are excited to announce:

With the number two selection, North Melbourne select Finn Callaghan:
