Mahomes banged up, but with 2 weeks off who knows how better he'll be.

Going to be a great game. Would've been a tough opponent either way.

Doubt Mahomes will be 100%, take him down a few times and he probably struggles the rest of the game. Both O line and D line should dominate so gameplan should be run the ball a lot and when KC do get the ball sack Mahomes a few times and that should be enough.

Feel a bit for the 49ers, all teams deserve a decent shot when they get to this point but given their D couldn't stop the Birds run game, I doubt the result was really ever in any doubt.

So what’s the go with the All pros games? Surely any player playing in the SB sits them out if they were selected?

To answer my own question, seems like the format has changed from full contact games, to a week long skills competition, and a flag football game. Makes sense, you’d hate for a starter to get injured in a nothing game and miss a SB. Guess it’s the old State of Origin argument in the AFL.

Followed the script of the whole season really, shut down one aspect of offense, switch to the other. Must be first game in a while where Hurts hasn’t thrown a TD, but we can still run in 4. Seems a good sign of a balanced team that doesn’t just rely on the arm of the QB.

He's not throwing well, clear drop off from divisional to champ game. & clearly looked to be hurting after the first run with contact but then ran a few more times after that so what do I know. Maybe he's pulling a rope-a-dope on us all.

Couple of weeks to freshen up, not worried in the slightest tbh.
