He needed some deadline. The exit interview is probably the last chance saloon as far as that goes really. Suggests he didn't fully make up his mind until fairly late.

Certainly not ideal... would be putting it lightly.

Top end talent leaving so regularly (Neale, Bhilly, Cerra) as well as costly busts (Hogan) are a major setback to a successful rebuild.

Have to hope we get overs at the trade table and then we have to hope the drafting team picks some winners with those picks.

What makes me angry is that there is probably only one club in the market - Carlton, which makes our job of getting adequate compensation even harder. Cerra better make sure Carlton pays up.
