I’m unsure how many times you have to be advised that the league is not responsible for uploading scores aside for during finals , where they are uploaded as soon as possible .You make some very good points here but think you have missed the point.
Not always can people make it to games in person for a large range of reasons from various other commitments, work, health, location etc etc etc, and still want to feel involved with 'their' club and 'their' league and the various platforms provide that option and can fill the gap and keep people connected and engaged if only in absentia.
Such things as timely updates on game scores for all grades should be considered a bare minimum requirement or expectation, and before you say this does occur each week, please admit (if only to yourself) that wasn't the case this last season and was pointed out/questioned/requested by several posters throughout the year.
What ever happened to the new and improved and updated league website that was meant to be coming?
That would be a good starting point surely. Fill in the gaps in the history section. Find a way to get missing information and season linked in. Update the GF winners and B+F etc.
Everyone these days knows that good access to good social media options is simply a sign of a good well run league which wants to engage as many people as far and wide as possible in order to keep as positive and high as possible profile for promotion and engagement - not deter people from actually going to games (where and when they can) but actually the opposite.
Not sure why you are so defensive about this issue being asked tbh?
The leagues doesn’t have sufficient staffing to be at every game from u15’s netball to the end of the seniors match and even if they did a lot of games couldn’t and wouldn’t be ‘ live ‘ scored due to service unavailability .
The league did move to live scoring for netball last year including supply of tablets and less than 50% of the games were recorded using that format .
All history on the league website has been up to date for some time keeping in mind details can only be updated once they have occurred .
It’s your view , because it’s suits your agenda that leagues should be judged on its social media not everyone’s.
There is more to life and community sport than social media .
You may not be aware but there is a significant shift toward community engagement where people can merely go and play for enjoyment in preference to increased scrutiny and increased publicity .
Unfortunately your posting history from commencement if one of fabrication .
