Ok then now we have to have a meeting somewhere at it is we have 28 on our list.Any suggestions where we can have a meeting?

We could give them a list of our names (that should give them a few laughs) and when we each send our cheques or whatever, we can add our BF name to be crossed off the list.

By having the meeting. The reason I suggest we have a meeting is to decide on how we do things like set up an account ,Organize how much everyone pays, etc

Whitten Oval sounds good We can have it in the Bistro area so we can make it a meal as well. Now we need a date. Once we have established a date and time then everyone knows where and when to show up.

Noooooooo!In my experience it is impossible to have any sort of communication using a bigfooty name.I will never forget Rocco going around whitten oval asking complete strangers if they were from bigfooty:( I would prefer to go in there and just get my real name ticked off.Also have to remember people like The Doctor live in Sydney and Curly you are in Queensland how will you pay?

be sure to count me in as well. Giving a list to the club and having monies sent there is probably the best option.

Ok guys, cause there is so many people putting in for this, we need to organise it right so that people dont get confused and lost!

Someone should supply everyone through a post on this subject with their email address, that way everyone can email that person with their real name and a contact phone number, so that we can organise this! That way that person then has everyone's name to be able to give the club, and then its up to people themselves to get to the club to pay thier share.

On choosing a player.... isn't it it up to the club, depending on availability of players. If not, i suggest that the best and fairest way of doing it is gettting together for a dinner or something and everyone who is contributing to the cost should put who they wish to sponsor on a piece of paper and we draw on out of a hat.

I dont know about all of you guys but i think this sounds a little bit more organised and easier for everyone!

Just an idea!!
