Can't decide on my last premium forward.
Stevie J v Pav v Harvey
I had a similar choice and have gone Stevie J
Derrickx vs Keefe for 4th ruck
Batchelor vs Toy

Tough one...
Irons: I think he will play rd.1 but could be out of the side fairly quickly if he doesn't perform well. Also has a tough game first up v the Pies.
Stanley: For mine, is one of the biggest locks of the back line as he's got a mature body and will play a half forward roll for the GC which they are probably lacking.
Bewick: Would take him over Curnow and i think he'll be a very good rookie as Brisbane need to keep trying some kids through the middle.
Batchelor: Unfortunately don't know too much about him but they raved about him on the OneHD program last night.
Depending where you have the other good cover. For example if your mid bench is stronger then go the Irons/Stanley option, whereas if your backs bench is strong look at Bewick/Bachelor.
Sorry not to help more than that... ideally you'd like Stanley/Bewick but i'm assuming cash is lacking...
For me...
Gram & Montagna
OR
Broughton/Enright & Selwood
Option 2 every day of the week, but would go Broughton. With option 2 you are getting 2 genuine premiums, even thought Montagna might average slightly more than Selwood come the end of the year it will not be by much and I think Selwood is more consistent in the sense that he will not through out a 65 like Montagna can. Broughton is as consistent as they come in the backline.
I will ask my question again but this time add an option of players which will hopefully help you with an answer.
Option 1:
M.Murphy + Stanley + Irons
Option 2:
Boak + Stanley + Bewick
Option 3:
M.Murphy + Batchelor + Bewick
The first 2 options leave me with around 2-3k in the bank the last option with only 200. Thoughts?
Sandi and Bewick for me buddy !
Thanks bud ... yeah ... guess I needed someone to back up my own thinking! Cheers ... saddens me to punt Rockliff though - just think there's a big year ahead of him but I know the money making potential in Bewick is far greater
It leaves me some cash in hand ... is everyone sold on Grimes? I know his pre-season was good ... but ...
What about Grimes v Cameron Bruce?
Duffield v Broughton (Personally I think its a flip of the coin - and Duffield kicks more than Broughton)
I would choose Grimes over Bruce...and i agree, Duffield/Broughon is a toss of the coin. Duffield may kick more, but Broughton will rotate through the midfield.
I have a big dilemma....
MONTAGNA/HAYES and SHAUN HIGGINS
OR
SAM MITCHELL and ADAM GOODES
Please help
Gilbert vs Grimes
Just under 50k difference. can afford either.
Mitchell vs M.Murphy
Grimes.
Uncertainty about where Gilbert will play this season. He is also getting over pre-season dramas and the Saints have a tough match vs Geelong in rnd 1.
Mitchell vs M.Murphy
Harry thanks a lot for your help...i agree, incredibly tough decision. I would pick Murphy before Mitchell however i am avoiding Carlton premiums due to my league win strategy.
Would it make it easier if i said:
MONTAGNA and HIGGINS
OR
MITCHELL and GOODES
???
also which would u choose from TAPSCOTT and DARLING.
Both are big mature bodies, but Tapscott is older and with some injuries at the Demons he looks to be set to play a fair bit early. Darling seems to have done well in the pre-season and he'll be playing in a weak team, although i have doubts about his state of mind and discipline... who will be the better early cash cow??
Higgins or Knights + $120k, finally down to my last descision
and is kerr playing round 1?
