Bewick vs Tapscott??

My feeling is that Tapscott could be huge this year, but he remains a mystery
Bewick has shot into consideration recently but really how likely is he to firstly get a game, and secondly score well??

Bewick by a country mile. Better JS in Brisbane side.

Sandilands, Prestia V Clark, Knights

Sandilands and Prestia for sure.

Sandilands will be playing ruck and Prestia is a little gun.

Clark is going to play more forward this year and Knights looks goods but risky if you have Otten aswell.

Bartell or Pendles?

Bartell could exploid this year without Gaz stealing his touches and tackles. How much more upside does Pendles have? Potentially a lot as Collingwood continue their dominations this year.

Of those three I'd go Bewick > Conca > Atley.

My question is:
Andrew Swallow (nth) vs Jimmy Bartel
Why would you pick Bewick over Conca??

Job Security? Price? or scoring potential?

I wouldve thought Conca wins on all except price obviously

Also Bartel before Swallow everytime. Tonsillitis is nothing. He'll be back to his best in no time

Cox + Mumford [Zac Smith, Keeffe] + Yarran (FWD)

OR

Sandi + Mumford [Tippett, Dud] + Petrie (FWD)
For me neither, Sandi and Cox are both a must but if I had to lean i'd probably say the first one. Purely because Petrie is missing rounds 1 and 3.

My one is -

Swan / Hayes / Bartel

v

Boyd / Montagna / Selwood

On last year's figures the first one is ahead but i think Boyd and Selwood have some potential improvement this year and Hayes may drop off. Bartel could improve this year i guess.

But a Swan-less midfield is pretty damn scary.

Ok, can't decide between these 2

Bartel, D.Swallow, C.Yarran

vs

Palmer, Cotchin, Knights

ANy feedback would be appreciated.

Option 1:

Swan + Irons + Ryder + Higgins

Option 2:

Swan + Harris + Sandilands + Yarran

Option 3:

Pendlebury + Bewick + Sandilands + Higgins

Nah but i can see how that can work. I do plan on eventually getting Swan though so that might be a problem down the track?
Probably doesn't matter so much for Swan/Pendles. I have a similar quandary in the fwd line atm regarding SJ/Chappy. I want Chappy, but he's injured atm so I won't get him until he gets back and is fit because I am predicting he will drop in price at the beginning. So I chose not to pick SJ because I don't want both missing in league finals. That's 200 points gone right there.

I would go option 2. Swan is a great captain option and Harris has better JS than Bewick. Yarran vs Higgins - Yarran is better value IMO although Higgins is probably more likely to be a keeper.

I have one:

Otten + Bewick + Bailey/Keeffe/Derickx (depends on who's named Rd1)
vs
Toy + Swallow + McCauley

a tough one

would probably go toy, bewick and one of the rucks

i cant see how you cant fit both of toy and otten in down back though, both looking like great picks

Green v Goodes

Hey guys, just putting the final touches on my team before round 1. Am looking for some advice on the last midfielder spot in my team.

What are everyones thoughts on Palmer vs Cotchin vs Kennedy vs Foley + roughly $70k???

I'm leaning towards possibly getting foley and using the extra cash to maybe upgrade one of my ruck bench to Petrie. But not too keen on him missing round 1 and 3 early then having a player of his price wasted sitting on my bench waiting for others to get injured.

Any help would be great

thanks!
