There's one thing that's bugged me.

Resident Evil was able to use different, realistic sounds for different kinds of doors. The stock sound effect still being used is kinda jarring.

Liked the demo mainly because it was good to finally play a bit of the game.

There's more to do the second time you go in and looks as though coming back on certain days will give even more to do plus items to transfer to the main game.

How long does it take to complete the demo?

Looks like GF did a good job scrubbing the demo and hiding things, they even wiped the regular Pokémon models but they forgot to get rid of the shiny sprites for every Pokémon so they're all going to come out anyway, just with the wrong colours.

About 30-45 depends how long you take your time but the idea of it is like ORAS to play it each day

Not gonna post much but apparently they scrubbed heaps of moves, abilities, Pokemon, locations, PokeDex and all the things you can think of.
