Yes because pile of goo, which evolves into bigger pile of goo, is much better than Rayquaza, or Blaziken, Lucario, Garchomp, just to use some more popular options.

The height of stupidity is Vanniluxe and co, its an ice cream cone....

I can understand biological slime like muk, anthopomorphosised innanimate objects like Garboror and Klefki push the boundaries, but at least theyre something solid, the whole argument is, theyre not actually keys or trash, they just adapted to look like that to fit into their enviroment. Like the dessert hopping mouse or the galapagos island turtle Klefki must have some reason to look like a key, im not sure what but I have trust. But an icecream cone lookalike? I draw the line.

Also ghost pokemon which are innanimate objects like Aegislash are DOPPPPE as ****.

Gen 5 was certainly the peak of awful designs, starters are generally trash (thats the Emboar, Samurott line right??) but then I always end up forgiving 5th gen because Excadrill is the coolest pokemon ever - period.
