Just a bit of clarification, bankroll was in regards to live games. My bankroll everytime I turn up is 80, I make more than that, 80 goes back to the bankroll, and the rest to a seperate account to fund overseas holidays. By means am I saying that i make 700% on my money, that's just ludicrous. Anything else keyboard warrior?

I know what you meant. If you think you can "consistently" turn 80 into 500-600 in a single session playing 2-3, you are kidding yourself. Really.

Are these your words?

With the deletion of one sentence, it sounds like something from the teaser vids for the new season of High Stakes Poker.
He may not watch it but it sounds like he should be on it. Obviously he talks the talk and if he really walks the walk then this bloke is a Super Star.
Why is he waisting his time on the 2/4?
He should be high rolling for sure.

Now that is just being greedy - roll with what works.

Have a mate here who tells me his friend turned $160 into $2500 with a session at a Niagara casino this weekend. Average player but the cards just fell his way, a $500 double up with his 77 a KK sums it up. All the same he takes home the cash at the end of the day...

I don't think anyone is disputing that he could have turned $80 into $600/$700 once, or even twice. But being able to do it everytime he plays is a little hard to believe, considering he plays a few times a week. But if he is that good I would advise kimi to quit everything immediately and become a full time player.

Actually Kimi, have you heard of chip me up? I wouldn't mind providing you with part of your bankroll so I can enjoy a % of your winnings... On second thought, after seeing you online stats I might look elsewhere. I know some say that live play is easier than online, and there are alot of fish online, plus you may not be as good a player in sit n goes as you are in cash games, but there seems to be a huge difference between your online stats and what you say your live stats are.

I too wonder how someone with -45% ROI from over 600 $1 online sit'n'gos can have a ROI of 700% playing live cash. That's right, it's because online players are so bad.

Ok, I've had my fun. I'll let the thread get back to the profiles now (great idea by the way Daniel).

I had the sickest heater I have ever had over two weeks nearly two months ago, about 12 winning sessions an average of $300 profit per session, sessions ranging from 3 to 11 hours. That was a sick heater, and would be nigh on impossible to repeat.

LOL at raising J2s any position...

LOL at bankroll management...

LOL at rarely/never going bust...

LOL at fishy play = -EV for those against the fish

LOLAMENTS....

Then they started charging me an admin fee for not playing, enough said!

Favorite Hand: Any winning one!

Why you play?: Lets be honest, to win $. But I don't (don't really lose either)... having fun all the same. Its a challenge, a frustrating one!

Final words of wisdom: Have fun with it, don't rely on the $.

Where I play Online: Usually Stars, lately Titan moreso. Bigfooty might get me into Hansa more though.

Where I play Live: Only ever played live once. Few months ago on my 18th birthday at the Casino. Stayed for an hour or so, played little hands, $20 up in the end.

You'll find me on: SnGs, rarely anything else.

Been playing for: Tad over a year

My biggest win was: Rarely win big. Started my bank balance just playing off freerolls, so I rarely played anything over $1 SnG till I hit 18 and started depositing my own money on the odd occasion. Biggest win was probably 1st in a $5 SnG

Favorite Hand: Suited connectors, any of them.

Why you play?: Love playing it. Simple as that, couldn't go without the odd bit of poker here and there.

Final words of wisdom: **** mathetmatics. Go with your gut instinct.

Player ID: N/A don't play on line.

Where I play online: I don't.

Where I play live: Play APL at East Malvern and Furntree Gully. Sometime play at other venues wit APL or NPL.

Been playing for: about a year and a half.

Biggest win: Came first in four free roll tournaments in approx 1 month period. Finished first for about 10-12 free roll tournaments.

Favourite hand: Pocket of 2's. When a flop comes out AK2 nobody is even looking at the 2 and you can milk the other players who have an A or K in thier hand for all their worth. Of course this works if thier is not a raise pre-flop (if there is a raise you would have to consider one of the other have pocket of A's or K's in their hand.).

Why you play? Just love the game.

Final words of Wisdom? I'd rather be lucky than good.

Bolded: that's a very good effort, even if they were freerolls that's still damn good. :thumbsu:

Underlined: Truer words have never been spoken. :D

Player ID: Paul75 (Pokerstars), PaulV75 (Hansa) and some others at other sites!.

Where I play online: Mainly PokerStars.

Where I play live: Played mostly live @ Crown when I get to melbourne. Played at Star City once and at Burswood once.

Been playing for: About 4 years.

Biggest win: I won a 800 FPP tourney that got me into a $530 qualifer for the Aussie Millions 2007. In this tourney there were about 30 players, 1 got a ticket to the main event and 1-14 or so got $530. I was going to be happy with the $530 so I played tight until the cash game... then took on some risks and somehow won the tourney :)

I got knocked out on day 1 of the main event after about 10 hrs by David "the dragon" Pham .. I ran AQs into his AJ pre flop after he made a modest raise and I went all in. Flop 7 8 9. Turn J, River J.

Favourite hand: Probably 3 4 suited of hearts..

Why you play? I enjoy the challenge... there is always something to work on. Sometimes you can play a hand perfectly and still lose, so you have to dust yourself off and get back in there!.

Yeah was all in pre flop... I had just over 1/2 my original stack.. so figured it was either time to double up or get out.

Sorry the flop was 7 8 9. Then the turn J. Gave him a pair and me a chance for a straight... and then the river J.

He was playing very loose all night. He knocked out an american earlier in the night calling an all in with AJ. The american had QQ and the 1st card on the flop was an ace, and the american did not improve.

If he would have lost that hand pham would have been crippled.
