Wow a London Silly Nannies reference on BF

Only in South Australia could a poorly composed, granulated, happy snap like this...

be compared to an iconic black and white historical image like this...

Then again, only in Sydney could they create a trophy that looks like a half dressed man, embracing a young boy, like this...

"Do you like movies about Gladiators, Joey?"

Four of our more reliable players in 2014 - Boak, Ebert, Wingard & Pittard, IMO have all regressed, or stagnated in their careers. Is it the individual, or the game style they’ve been instructed to play?

Prediction
Q1: Boys come up fired up, put lots of pressure on. Lots of stoppages, pretty close going into QT.
Q2: Ports intensity starts to drop off, Jacobs gets on top of Ryder in the ruck. Midfield start getting beaten. Atkins and co (outside players) start getting into the game. Tex kicks an inspirational goal. Crows go into HT with a decent lead.
Q3: Bit of a response intensity is back briefly, one again once it dies down the runners of the crows get back on top. Possible late couple goals to Port given their fitness.
Q4: Port start to mount a big of a comeback but its too little too late even though the Crows are tiring.

We'll claw our way back unsuccessfully to go down by 3 or so goals. It'll be a "just couldn't maintain it for 4 quarters" presser. The cheersquad will clap them off. Hinkley will have 4 cokes in the 2nd half.

I personally don’t even think it’ll be close or we’ll come out firing and be really close or have a close comeback at any point.

Think they’ll be 3-4 goals up at quarter time and build from there winning by 7-8 goals.

Yep.

I think we'll have good patches of play where we don't trouble the scoreboard attendant at all and we'll have bad patches of play where we'll concede runs of goals.
