Golby seems a popular pick - he really seems to have come out of nowhere.

Don't think you have any gaping holes, Dangerfield and Hale as F4 and F5 is definitely risky, but you have to go risky somewhere. Not sure Bartel is a great option in midfields, more likely to be 15-20 rather 1-15 which is what you want from your mids.

Not too bad imo. Im not convinced with McDonald (hes in my team, reluctantly) Just not sure how many games he will play and his TOG % as he is so old. Whats with Hall in the rucks? Should try get that extra 20k and pick a ruck that will play? Having Hall who isnt playing this weekend locks you into a 0. Same with Scholithe. Might be worth downgrading a defender and then ensuring your rookies will play this week? Perhaps Hargrave to Clarke?

I think B Smith will jump up from averaging 52 a game (with the vest a few times) to around 75-80. Will probably play midfield or wing this season. Risky picking 2nd year players but I have confidence in him.

Guthrie if not named will probably be a straight swap with M Clarke, or perhaps a rookie I have overlooked.

Mids: Pendlebury, Gablett, Mitchell, Watson, Shiel, Wingard, McDonald, Magner

I really really want Thompson in there. But I dont want to switch him in for any of Pendles, Gablett, Mitchell, or Watson. Perhaps I could squeeze him in there by dropping Wingard for thompson after trading in M Clarke for Hargrave and downgrading..... Nahhh its too damn hard Hopefully McDonald rips it up for 2 months before he breaks down making it easier.

Not sure if Wingard will play just yet. And am unsure on McDonalds durability.

-Glass is a great player but a terrible dreamteamer, avoid.
-Yagmoor might have job security issues
-The Riewoldt brother are both very risky dreamteam prospects atm... Nick moreso with the new coach and uncertain form.
-Folau doesn't seem to be much of a dreamteamer at this stage

In addition I'd avoid most KPP's in general (fine if they play in top teams e.g. Franklin and Cloke and there are exceptions) so that excludes Gibson, Butcher, Glass. Lake is fine and Riewoldt's I'm 50-50 on. Might want to check the job security of a few of your rookies and personally I don't think Judd's a DTer so I'd upgrade him.

aside from rookies, i try not to select players that wont be there at the end of the year.

but im worried i am too rookie heavy and when they increase in price ill have no mid pricers to upgrade i.e even if the rookie makes heaps of cash, it wont be enough to upgrade him to a premium
